At the age of 21, Tanyarat Jirapatpakon of Thailand was just crowned Miss International Queen 2007 at Thailand's Pattaya resort. Miss International Queen is the world's biggest transsexual beauty pageant.
The beauty contest was a gala event that attracted contestants from around the globe and massive crowds to the Thai beach town of Pattaya... oh, and about 25 million television viewers. Contestants spare no expense when it comes to the competition, spending as much as $33,000 on costumes for the event.
